The concept was good but they brought it too market 2 yrs too soon, too many bugs and issues. but no more than a7720 is that a 7 row machine There were also models A, R, C, E, G, and K. After R60, they exceed our budget, so I quit paying attention. The N's were Gleaner's first rotary machines. The "N" series were the first ones with the transverse rotor, think they came in 3 or 4 sizes but could be wrong on this, all I know when new they were go-getters, only a couple sold in our neighborhood that I know of. So where does that leave the N? We're there different models for specific crops? Can anyone educate me? Thanks! So what I have so far is the F was a 4 row machine, M was a 6 row, and the L was a 8 row. I have always wondered about what those letters and numbers meant.
